Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!

We are glad to present our Hotel “Capercailye House”, which is situated in the most well known historical area of Vologda Region – Kirillov - on the protected area “Russian North” near the Volgo-Balt waterway, leading from St.-Petersburg to Kizhi and Solovki.

The unique hotel is built according to the Old Russian traditions using whole logs. It is well equipped and has all the modern conveniences. Here you can find the following hotel amenities: 10 rooms including two suites, restaurant, bar, Russian banya, home theatre in the fire hall, car parking, satellite TV and telephone, 24-hour guard, room for your fire-arms, smokehouse for the fish, safe at the reception desk and transfer. The accommodation includes the full board and the free use of Ping-pong, Billiards and Karaoke.

In our hotel you will enjoy the charm of Russian North, glittering white nights, virgin forests and unique nature. Quiet atmosphere, fresh air and the genuine beauty of our country will have a favorable influence over your mood and health.

Price-list

Accommodation

  • 4 500 rub – Standard room per guest per night (including breakfast).
  • 5 000 rub - Suite per guest per night (including breakfast).

If you book the whole hotel, the cost of accommodation per night is:

  • Up to 12 guests – 74 700 rub
  • 13 to 18 guests – 83 000 rub
  • Over 18 guests – pay per use

The Bar is not included in the price.
In case our guests bring beverages and drinks with them a 2000 rub franchise per guest per night is collected. Within the limits of the price the service at the bar is free.

Banya

  • booking 4 hours in advance (the capacity is up to 6 guests)
    1200 rub/hour
  • 300 rub per guest – banyan set

Target shooting (sporting)

  • Layout preparation (30 minutes) – 21 rub per blast (sport club’s ammunition)
  • Gun cleaning – 150 rub
  • Headphones, goggles, shoulder-straps and vest hire – 75 rub per item

Paintball

  • Cartridges 2 000 pieces (1 box) – 4 500 rub
  • Grenade – 360 rub per item
  • Equipment hire – 750 rub (per 1 guest; up to 10 guests on the ground)

Fishing on the Volgo-Balt

  • On motor-launch – 1500 rub/day per guest
  • Fisherman’s assistance – 1500 rub per motor-launch

Equipment hire:

  • Spinning – 200 rub
  • Fishing rod – 100 rub

Hire

  • Bicycle – 200 rub/hour
  • Skies - 200 rub/hour
  • Water skies – 300 rub/hour
  • Boat hire on the lake – 200 rub
  • Motor-launch hire – 900 rub/hour, 5000 rub/day
  • Snowmobile – at beginning 3000 rub/hour
  • Hydrocycle – 3300 rub/hour

Horse riding

Guests are to pay for at least 3 hours per horse when booking 3 days in advance:

  • Sleigh/cart – at beginning 3000 rub/hour
  • On horseback – at beginning 2000 rub/hour

Last minute is possible provided there are free horses:

  • Sleigh/cart – at beginning 6000 rub/hour
  • On horseback – at beginning 4000 rub/hour

Excursions

One excursion – starting from 1000 rub per person. More information is available at the Reception desk.

Laundry

(washing and ironing)

  • Suit (camouflage) – 230 rub
  • Trousers – 140 rub
  • Shirt – 130 rub

Banquet

The price of your order is due to the menu and the wine list, approved and valid in the current period

  • Restaurant rent – 15 000 rub

Transfer

Vologda railway station – «Capercailye House» – Vologda railway station

  • up to 8 guests – 5000 rub
  • 8 to 12 guests – 10500 rub
  • over 12 guests – pay per use

We accept credit cards, payment Russian rubles only. Damage made to hotel facilities is to be refunded at the residual value of the item.
